Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be extended by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We operate with a flat fee shipping charge for your order witch will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but it normally takes 3-5 days within the EU.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

All orders within the EU are free from additional customs duties and taxes. For any countries outside the EU, ifory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages:

ifory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy:

Currently, we only ship within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
